The house is subdivided into:
Little Charmed House
a flat on 2 floors, for 2-4 persons.
Charmed House
two flats on 3 floors, for 6-8 persons.
To offer you the best possible comfort
the entire house is at your disposal.
It does not make any difference
which of the two accommodations
you choose.
There is waiting
- a sunny apple plateau on the edge of the forest, far away from noise and traffic in the small village of Viums.
- the village of Natz, 1 km away, with cafés, pizzeria, restaurants, grocery store and traditional “Buschenschank”.
- the highway and bishop’s town of Brixen, 10 minutes away, with all his sights, culture and pleasure miles.
- Many hiking, skiing and cross-country skiing opportunities, cycle paths, sauna facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Especially popular is the “Törggelen” in autumn.

We connect tradition and modernity and bring them to life with natural materials. This is how Charmed House was born with a lot of love and passion six years ago.
A year ago, I was attracted to the beautiful Burggrafenamt. Now I want to give the feeling of being in the right place at the right time in our house. No matter if you are a family, a group of friends, or a couple, everyone is welcome.
